SUMMARY: Technical Experts support the users of the RacingSnail application while providing callers with a superior customer service experience. Our ideal candidate is a creative and self-motivated support technician with 2+ years of recent software support background and a versatile computer skill-set. Problem-solving in different software, systems and networking environments is highly desirable and will be given preference for consideration. Attention to detail, troubleshooting and effective communication are also critical.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handling incoming customer support by phone, and email using ticket tracking systems
  • Guiding customers to understand software while diagnosing technical software issues
  • Ticket tracking, researching and resolving technical issues
  • Communicating with the team, supervisors, and internal business partner
  • Participating in software training and development activities as needed
  • Ongoing Training
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
 
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, sales, or retail
  • Patient and courteous perspective
  • Experience with computer software troubleshooting
  • Flexible and agile approach to change
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Enterprise ticketing system, call center and/or insurance industry experience a plus
