SUMMARY: We are looking for a goal-oriented individual who excels at communication and can actively manage the day to day administrative activities of a growing sales team. This supportive role will ensure best practices are followed for an optimal customer service experience and efficient sales cycle. This position works with an onsite accounting/finance team to support our sales office based in Toronto, Canada.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Process, Procedure & Efficiency
  • Review, monitor and manage sales billing processes in compliance with corporate strategy
  • Proactively identify contract errors and make corrections in collaboration with teams 
  • Create requirements, documentation and training for sales tools and processes
  • Work directly with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders on development projects
  • Work with teams to constantly improve processes
 
Reporting
  • Send out daily sales reports
  • Calculate sales commissions
  • Manage and maintain customer billing accounts
  • Provide accurate and timely reports for sales tracking and billing reconciliation
 
Administrative
  • Answer incoming calls & route appropriately
  • Respond to sales support tickets
  • Assist with sales meeting planning
  • Additional duties as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
 
  • 2+ Years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Working knowledge of sales processes and workflows
  • Proven track record of excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrable proficiency in analysis and judgement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing a plus!
