Head of Digital Marketing Strategy

SUMMARY: Voyant Cloud Media (an Imprezzio sister company) is looking for an ambitious and highly experienced digital strategist with the ability to lead our digital marketing agency in fresh and innovative ways. You will be expected to contribute to our market success in setting the direction of our products & technologies that solve our clients’ problems. This role is responsible for day to day operations of the entire Voyant Cloud team. We seek a leader to manage product planning and tactical operation of our product suite, while also driving aggressive sales growth.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Subject matter expert in within digital marketing
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to develop strategic initiatives and goals
  • Work with the Sales team to develop forecasts and sales goals
  • Develop and track KPIs that contribute to the fulfillment of company goals
  • Regularly conduct financial analysis to monitor company performance and profit margins
  • Manage a content and inbound marketing strategy in collaboration with the Enterprise Marketing team
  • Oversee the development of copy and content for the company website and collateral material
  • Work with sales to develop strategic partnerships and business developments plans
  • Perform market research to understand competitors, target audience and growth markets
  • Develop product offerings that are timely, competitive, and relevant to the marketplace
  • Create third party relationships with vendors that could potentially aide in further product development
  • Serve as the primary contact among external departments, collaborate with HR, Finance, Engineering, and Enterprise Sales
  • Plan and supervise the implementation of widespread system changes.
  • Supervise the Operations and Sales Mangers
 
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree, with 10+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Digital leader with ability to plan and activate programs across a variety of platforms, channels and audiences with a background in digital marketing (search, social media, email, web, etc.)
  • Knowledge with multiple technology platforms (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, enterprise analytics, etc.) and how they are best utilized for client success
  • Demonstrable proficiency in analysis and judgement
  • Proven success leading team priority & process
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Google Certifications are a plus!
