SUMMARY: We are looking for a motivated trailblazer to lead our digital marketing product management and operations. You will be expected to contribute to our market success in setting the direction of our products & technologies that solve our clients’ problems. This role is responsible for product planning and tactical operation execution of our product suite by; defining product vision, working closely with sales and marketing for brand engagement and leading operations to ensure quality product delivery.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure effectiveness in meeting client SLA/product development, anticipating challenges and collaborating with the team to support a successful sales strategy.
  • Compile, review and present monthly reporting analysis on actual activity as compared to the operating plan and forecasts.
  • Develop effective strategies to increase market share across all digital marketing products (Social Media,
  • SEO, SEM and Google Analytics).
  • Chart the course for product feature strategy (technical & go-to-market) and tactical direction based on market analysis; pricing, product positioning, lifecycle management and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze competitive offerings to identify product differentiators and potential gaps.
  • Serve as the hub among internal teams, leading and collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to drive key product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Own performance metrics; partner with sales & operations to ensure product is delivered to meet quality, schedule, budget and revenue targets.
  • Leader - Proven leader with 5+ years people management experience and a strong desire and understanding of how to develop people in a supportive and accountable environment.

  • 3+ Years of digital marketing experience in addition to successful career in individual management.
  • Experience with B2B marketing solutions to both small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing operations and analytical reporting.
  • Demonstrable proficiency and technical skills within SEO, SEM and Google Analytics.
  • Strong business acumen and proven track record of creating senior management-level presentations.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
