SUMMARY: A Lead Digital Marketing Analyst understands digital marketing sales model, excels at communication and can actively manage the setup, process and procedure of our digital marketing products execution. This lead role will ensure best practices are followed allowing for efficient & optimal paid search campaign execution while staying “in the know” of industry trends & changes. The Lead ensures KPI and metrics are being monitored and adjusted for optimal performance.  They are responsible for reporting department productivity to leadership. This position is the bridge between the sale and execution of campaign execution.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Subject matter expert in within digital marketing
  • Perform account set up based on client contract requirements allowing for Digital Marketing Analyst to execute day to day account management
  • Create, maintain, and communicate reports for the department
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in SEO search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO initiatives and campaigns
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Monitor and manage team KPIs
  • Client facing – able to assist the Account Executives or Client Success Managers
  • Assign new client accounts to Digital Marketing Analyst based on geographic region, skill set and work load
  • Review and develop training & process guides for campaign management across multiple digital platforms and products to ensure best practices
  • Mentor Digital Marketing Analyst(s) on technical execution techniques
 
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ Years of experience in digital marketing & analytics
  • Google certified within focus
  • Demonstrable proficiency in analysis and judgement
  • Proven success leading team priority & process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
