Imprezzio is looking for talent to contribute to our market success in setting the direction of our products & technologies that solve our clients problems. This role is responsible for product planning and tactical operation execution of our product suite by; working closely with market research experts to determine direction, defining product vision, working closely with sales and marketing for brand engagement and partnering with analysis to ensure quality product delivery.

Responsibilities include:
  • Chart the course for product feature strategy (technical & go-to-market) and tactical direction based on market analysis; pricing, product positioning, lifecycle management and competitive analysis
  • Analyze competitive offerings to identify product differentiators and potential gaps
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy and plan for products & features; positioning and messaging to increase market presence and build customer pipeline
  • Serve as the hub among global teams, leading and collaborating with engineering, testing, sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to drive key product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Own performance metrics; partner with engineering to ensure product is delivered to meet quality, schedule, budget and revenue targets.
  • Create and own key project artifacts including market requirements documents, business case proposals, software functionality and requirements.
  • Build customer relationships to develop references, case studies and champions
  • Evangelize Imprezzio technology by developing and delivering compelling presentations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of product management experience (SaaS environment preferable)
  • Proven success in driving marketing analysis to product delivery that increases revenue
  • Proven track record defining breakthrough products and customer solutions through primary and secondary research.
  • Experience working with large software systems with robust database components
  • Familiarity with the Agile software process
  • Experience acting as a Business Analyst eliciting requirements from business users
  • Familiarity in the insurance domain an asset
  • BS/BA required, MBA a plus
