Digital Marketing Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated trailblazer to lead & build our digital marketing sales team. You will be expected to increase revenues through strong leadership and strategic planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for evangelizing the power of digital marketing by assisting in creating proposals and campaigns to support sales representative client endeavors.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include but are not limited to:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales team to ensure effectiveness in meeting sales goals, anticipating    challenges and collaborating with operations to support a successful sales strategy
  • Compile, review and present monthly reporting analysis on actual activity and revenue as compared to the operating plan and forecasts
  • Develop effective strategies to increase market share across all digital marketing products (Social Media, SEO, SEM and Google Analytics)
    • Develop and drive additional digital product development including launch strategy & marketing campaign
    • Establish inbound lead generation strategy
  • Prepare, conduct or assist in presentations to new and prospective customers, conveying market research, competition, product and pricing, and any other pertinent information to help customers make informed decisions regarding advertising
  • Lead, inspire, manage, and mentor direct reports to maximize their individual potential and professional growth as well as ability to function effectively as a team
  • Stay abreast of changes in technology and practice to keep digital marketing at the forefront

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ Years of digital marketing sales leadership experience in addition to successful career in individual sales
  • Experience with B2B marketing solutions to both small and mid-sized businesses
  • Proven track record in developing new business and achieving individual & team sales goals
  • Demonstrable proficiency and technical skills within SEO, SEM and Google Analytics
  • Strong business acumen and proven track record of creating senior management-level presentations
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
